Roast Duck
Probably should call it barbecue roast duck. It might look like road kill to other cultures but this my friends is successful roast duck done in a kettle barbecue to my Connie’s great pride and satisfaction. Took about 3 days to get to this state and its all very exciting anticipating having it for dinner! Its definitely a cultural thing and enthusiasm is required. I'm getting good at on demand enthusiasm!
