- The Promise arriving for me today, giving a good excuse to visit Chorlton Bookshop again, and the nearby Oxfam one as well, and all the books I’ve bought fitting in our luggage allowance, books weigh less than wine, apparently
- getting to view the house they're hoping to buy
- going out for our last meal together, on the Curry Mile, in a bit
