Hadley Park Windmill

I have passed this fascinating windmill type building hundreds of times to and from Telford and only today have I taken time to go off the main road to investigate it further. The large black plaque on the wall outside tells us that it was an 18th Century Tower Mill later converted to run by water power in use until the early 1900 s; It's a Telford Historic Building No. 18 and is now a private house, so I had to be discreet! - I bet fitted cupboards and wardrobes etc are a nightmare!

It has been a lovely day, and I've wasted it by having to go shopping again!! and having to visit the same brand of shops as yesterday, but in a different town, for items which had been put aside for me as the first shop didn't carry the particular size/colour etc.. etc. Should have gone on line!!

Off out now to spend the evening with young Toby's parents. Toby is now 4 1/2 mts old and what you would call a solid little fella!
