Through the window.

Quick phone grab through the downstairs toilet window. It's been a lovely warm sunny day, but I haven't had time to get camera out. I like the squiggly glass, and the sun on the tree.

So far we have 19  viewed/viewing bookings. Three 'back to back' this evening, so we went to the pub. J wants to know if we can claim expenses from the Estate Agents! lol. Earlier viewing we went to the garden centre. We have to go places that will take dogs and were pleased to find the Garden centre have dog friendly tables in their cafe. Saturday we will have to find somewhere to go for the day as at the moment we have 8 booked. This is all quite stressful.
