Bacon Slicer

…..and she’s good at it too!
Our favourite butcher’s shop in Upholland still has a hand wound cast iron slicer, that one of the ladies won’t touch for fear of her fingers, but the other lady butcher whizzes the bacon out of it!
It was an all female crew today.
Can’t beat freshly whizzed bacon!!
