Small electrical items

A further visit to the tip to take all manner of stuff to be disposed of. The worst of which was an old carpet and associated underlay which was the dustiest item I’ve ever had to deal with.

I had to vacuum everywhere and wipe everything down again before applying a second coat of emulsion. All ready for new underlay and carpet next Tuesday.

Journey to the tip was fine. Not the way back. Right in the middle of the school run. Every which way jammed and moving at a snails pace. Even the post office has a long queue.

This disposable society never ceases to amaze me. I only hope it is properly recycled.
