Beginning, middle and end

I’ve spared you blips of the renovations to date. This triptych show the bare walls after stripping, the maestro papering and yours truly applying the first coat of emulsion. By some mischance, the first and third photos are of the same spot.

A half day today. All I did was apply the first coat of emulsion. David was engaged in plumbing in the toilet and washand basin.

We made the most of the afternoon by going for a walk in Mote Park. Not the most invigorating of ambles as it was grey and windy. Good to get away thought.
