The Surfers of Aguda

I knew surfing was popular in Portugal but didn't realise how much, especially in this area, the kids were out with their boards earlyish this morning taking on the big waves by the harbour but the the big guys turned up a bit later for the really big waves, serious stuff and something I'd never consider but it looked fun! I like the extra picture with the 3 guys respecting the sea before they take up the challenge but I thought the topless guy would get more views...shallow or what :)
