JVM my life

Jubilee quartet

I was in work today tutorial teaching in the morning, one person refused to wear a mask and there was nothing I could do about it.

Cycled home for an afternoon of meetings 2-5 pm then off to Fs for acupuncture and then a lovely evening out live classical music in leamington. The jubilee quartet were playing Schubert, Mendlessohn and a Czech composer Tausky who composed a moving piece reflecting on the bombing of Coventry cathedral during the war. He was a member of the Czech free army who were stationed in Leamington during this period

Finished the evening off with a lovely curry
