3 hours of paddleboarding

No consultant appointment so opted to pack my paddleboard in the car and take myself off to fladbury. Paddle to wyre piddle was fantastic I saw about 6 kingfishers (they are so beautiful got to see them really up close today - orange and blue feast for the eyes), herons, comorants and dragonflies, it was unseasonably warm!! Problem was I hadn't realised how fast the river was flowing in the outbound direction. Coming back was a real trial took me about double the time and had to resort to kayaking. 

Interesting grandad and son on the docking platform lots of interesting stories to be told. Also ran into 2 kayakers cooking lunch by the car

Knackered now hope I don't fall asleep in the cinema, rushed through the proposal tonight
