Fabric Overload
There's a woman in town who owns a dress shop. It's a little shop overflowing with different patterns, colors, and textures, and every time I walk in there I go into sensory overload. Alma makes amazing dresses, shirts, and skirts, but I can never decide what I want or what will look good together with so many choices!
We're entering our last week in Mexico amidst global panic about swine flu. Here in Puerto San Carlos, we're cautious, but I don't feel like any of us are in great danger. The biggest concern at the moment is about our travel back to the US--those flying through Mexico City and Guadalajara are trying to change their flights, and we're hoping that getting back through the border won't be a problem.
We spent last week on a road trip/ camping trip around the southern part of the Baja peninsula. It was beautiful!
I've back blipped for tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, and saturday. (once again, my Sunday was boring and I didn't take any pictures. Skipping 1 day a week is OK, I guess...)
