New flower

I noticed this rose was flowering again.
A lovely day so was able to get the washing done, the rest of the ivy cleared off the back wall of the house, catch up on blips and get some stuff sorted. 
I also cycled to the shops to get rid of some rubbish, top-up my phone, buy some energy bars and arrange for some work to improve the gear ratios on the bike. There was also a short run with the group, which included a new person.
