Findhorn gorge
Still back blipping (thought I might have caught up but no internet again).
Not too tired after yesterday's walks so went out for some more, not far south of where we were staying.
We started at Logie Steading and walked north along the river, sometimes right on the edge of steep drops to the water, the blip being from one section. Then a stop at the car for lunch before heading south to Randolph's Leap, one of those places where people leapt across the river at the narrowest point (not very narrow) to escape pursuit. In 1829 there was a flash flood along the river and at this point the level rose 16m, with stones marking the height.
Then a cuppa and cake before wandering round the shops in the steading and buying a few things. At this point it was getting dark and the rain had started so we headed "home"
