Girls' Day Out 3 years ago

 Three years ago this weekend we were in Amsterdam with Sister M. She had flown over from England, we had just finished a cruise that had started in Budapest.
 
We only had one day together and we made the most of it. We went to the Rijksmuseum and saw the Night Watch, visited the Begijnhof, walked along miles of canals and bought tulip bulbs. It was a grand girls’ day out.
