So, I managed to get my swim in, today, and then drove up to Kirkby Lonsdale where I recorded and posted the radio show.

Happily, Milly came over to visit, this evening, and, along with Abi, we had dinner at Avanti, which I was a little dubious about, but actually it was the best food I've had there since its heyday when it was owned by Andy Wilkinson.

I meant to take a photo of the girls while we were out but we had such a great time that I clean forgot about it. So here's a photo of my guitar, upon which I did a bit of practice when we got home.
