Thank Fox It's Friday!!

This chap was in the local park at midday today happily posing for me as I headed back home after a stroll along Benfleet creek! lots to see today - herons, egrets, pheasant, avocets, goldfinches, geese, teals, wigeons, stonechat, wren - to name but a few!  Distracted me from the grey skies that we've had for most of the day after a bright start!

And this afternoon was spent waiting in for the tumble dryer repairman - thankfully all could be fixed on the spot so drying duties can now resume! Not much is drying on the washing line on days like these!
