Essex Birds...

What a difference a day makes!! Yesterday was a mild affair, today has been grey, wet and flipping chilly!! Sun has finally reappeared this afternoon but not soon enough for my liking! Got a stinking headache today too which just won't shift so not the happiest of souls!!

We had to go to Southend again this morning to pick up some supplies from Boots and have to say it was a pleasure shopping in there with nobody else around! If only shopping was like that all the time! I think the bad weather had kept a lot of people at home - a few shops were still open for click and collect orders, as well as the essential shops but good to see most people obeying orders!!

Spotted more grafitti on our little walk back to the car and this is near the university - there used to be more of the 'essex girls' painted on the boards but just Dame Helen Mirren there today!
