The garden makeover begins
T is a keen gardener. Our Edinburgh garden was a delight and a great testament to all her work and design.
The only disappointment we had about our new house was its garden. The flowerbeds all have a weed retarding membrane. Today we secured the services of a gardening team who have begun the process of removing the membrane and the flint pebbles so that the autumn planting can begin next week. It’s going to be a major project.
Today was another dry mild day. Our 6 year old grandson told me it was going to snow next week. I told him I have a vintage sledge in the garage. Maybe we will be using it on the Cotswold escarpment next weekend?
