Manning the Fort!

Well this image put a big smile on my face this morning.  I had to call into the Post Office to ask them if I was able to deposit a cheque with them.  Amazing isn’t it!  We no longer have a Commonwealth Bank in Blackheath and for the first time in years it seems, I will have to deposit one.  I really didn’t want to have to travel all the way into Katoomba to perform such a simple task.  Good news is they do :).  I was met by Dolly who was keeping her Mum company while she served customers and was happily snoozing up on the counter on a very comfortable rug.  She even obliged by putting her head through the hole in the Perspex screen so that I could give her a pat.  Now I’ve seen everything!!
