Grand day out ....

Having fortified ourselves with a cooked breakfast (Eggs Florentine for me & scrambled eggs for T) we headed over to Kinloch Woods and walked along an old drove road to Leitir Fura (a ruined group on houses). 

It was a really nice walk with great views back to Isleoransay where we are staying & over to the mainland.

We then drove to Aird which featured more stunning views and a "spectacular" single track roads

It was still relatively early we made our way and over to the Fairy Pools which were worth visiting (and nice to do so when relatively quiet).
