Poo test day, hooray

Some people might think this an odd thing to blip but doing the test 4 years ago probably really did save my life. After a test I was diagnosed with bowel cancer, had surgery very promptly and made a full recovery without further treatment. I am a huge fan of the tests and everyone in Scotland between the ages of 50 and 74 receives the kit every two years. It's much simpler to use than in the old days and takes about 2 minutes. Once you are 75 you have to ask for the test though so I have added the details on how to do this in the extra. You know it makes sense!
