Lotions and Potions

It was my biannual Moving and Handling training today. Fortunately it was all short videos and chat that only lasted 2 hours - perfect.

I was first introduced to Aromatherapy when I started working as a midwife at Hinchingbrooke Hospital back in 1988. Mum and dad bought me this lovely box to keep my oils in from Culpepper's. They sold oils too but closed down years ago. I get them from Neals Yard or Tisserand now. I don't actually use them much anymore but I like having them around.
