Sweeeeet...
And this is it. Our last full day before we get on a plane.
The one thing we wanted to do before we went was go on a sail boat and do some more snorkelling on the reef.
Unfortunately, the seas were still very rough, and all the boats were either securely moored or booked out on private charters. The catamaran ferries to Green Island however were still up and running, so we got on and made the trip. Some passengers fared better than others and it seemed that Green Island got its name from the colour of the people when they land!
We got into our very fetching stinger suits (complete with hoods and mittens!), and went swimming. Unfortunately, the rough seas meant that visibility wasn't great, but Sophie has a knack of finding wildlife, and swam straight into this chap!
Again, we got the appraisal from it, and Sophie swears she even saw it tut at her when she got in the way!
We also took a trip on a semi-sub - with the visibility so bad, there was nothing really to see and so it became a 45 test to see how long you could last without reaching for a sick bag!
Back at the hotel that afternoon, I crashed out by the pool and Sophie treated her self to some spa treatment.
A perfect end to an amazing holiday!
