The Pells

The spaniel and I had one of our occasional visits to Lewes this morning. I think its nice for him to be a town dog now and again, he certainly seems does a great deal of sniffing and he seems to like the attention from passers-by. Our walk today took us through the Pells, the Victorian pleasure gardens and lakes which lie next to the Pells pool, the oldest outdoor spring water public swimming pool in England.
