Allotment sheds in sunshine

All ready for a visit of the letting agent tomorrow. Final bits of cleaning and final items taken home. All the leaves cleared from the garden and patio and yard swept.

I walked through the house at the end making a video to show to Doreen when we visited this afternoon. For the most part she was very stoic about the transformation. Only once did she shed a few tears.

The circumstances have been made much easier as she enjoys living in the care home. She enjoys the activities, company, the food and having someone on hand 24 hours a day.

I called in at the allotment earlier to take some tools from Doreen’s house and collect the first parsnips of the season for tonight’s dinner
