Sunday
I went to London today and met up with my brother as it was his birthday.
We went to the Museum of London and had a very pleaseant couple of hours looking at stuff :-) They've got a great exhibition regarding suffragettes. It seems that a lot of the suffragettes were fascists - never in my life would I ever have thought I'd hear myself thanking a fascist for anything!
We then spent the rest of the day walking around parts of the city and taking pictures. I took this self portrait today just near St Pauls Cathedral. I kind of like the wonkiness of it all.
For two atheists we seemed to visit a lot of churches today :-)
For two vegans we managed to avoid chocolate easter eggs with no problem :-)
I love visiting London. I lived there for 21 years before moving to the coast. I love visiting as a tourist. I love taking my camera with me and capturing all the changes that have happened since my last visit....well not ALL of them you understand :-) The city has such a vibrancy to it and today I kept hearing french accents so I was in my element....it's just SUCH a sexy accent :-)
Hope your Sunday was a good one.
