Late Autumn Morning

The clouds rippled across the sky this morning and it felt distinctly more overcast and sombre than of late. Still my morning walk was filled with beauty. The landscape is still very autumnal, filled with rusty colours and crunchy leaves. But the cooler temperatures are also bringing with them the first hints of winter.

I’m off to help Andy cut Merlin’s claws, not an experience any of us enjoys so some dog biscuits will no doubt be needed to encourage the four legged member of our household!
