Changing day …..

Up early, took Caleb to school then on to AJ’s care home. We had asked for a bag of clothes and shoes to be packed - AJ is not one to stay in her night wear all day - collected the items and had a brief chat to catch up. They still seem to favour her moving room, not so sure I agree. :)

On to the hospital to drop the clothes etc off. Handed the items over but not allowed to see AJ - visiting is 2-8pm. :)

Next one to the shops, return an item and do some Christmas shopping. Back home with lunch and coffee - feet up, watched the news followed by “Doctors” (my daytime soap). :)

Collected Caleb after school, he was a bit tearful yawning a lot. Came back through the park, he was happy running with his friend. Back home, he was hungry for food (as always), nanny always makes sure there are nibbles in for him. He requested his usual programme (“bluey”). Our daughter arrived shortly after with Austin. During a short period of time, Caleb had visited the cloakroom a number of times, checked his temperature and it was high. Our daughter made her way home after calling the GP surgery and waiting for a call back. :)

Rescue call - trip to GP surgery to pick up some forms, then on to the pharmacy for prescription collection and paracetamol suspension. Dropped them in - Caleb asleep, Austin happily tucking into his tea :)

Day off school tomorrow, to make sure the anti-biotics kick in ….. hopefully back at school Friday, but will see ……
