Have roof, need building

A few years ago a tornado ripped across the coast, and unusually, travelled up to our plateau, destroying banana plantations, ripping up trees and scaring the life out of us.  Somehow, the roof of this building survived, but not the building itself, and now it sits in lonely splendour in the middle of the paddock, catching my attention each time I drive into the village.
