Rough Day

As I expected I woke this morning feeling awful, I need to be reasonably fit for tomorrow so spent the day in pyjamas feeling decidedly unwell.

I went out in the evening to the Royal Naval Association meeting and gave my talk on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission in the West of Cornwall, it was well received.
