Day three

Up early for the plumbers.
Today has been easier for them. Only big snag was the fact that our bathroom floor slopes slightly, and so when they put the bath in it wasn’t level. However they sorted the problem and it is now fitted and working. So will be able to have a bath tomorrow.
The toilet and basin will have to wait until next week.

So we did some essential shopping, lightbulbs, and kindling etc. Took some things to Age Concern. Also went to see about a new cooker.
Then decided to go back to The Beulah for coffee and another bacon sandwich.
After which we did the weekly farm shop.
Then went to buy a fan for the wood burner.
Called at Batley Mill Shop. Haven’t been for a few years. Very disappointing. A bit tatty now.
However did buy a shirt for Mr C from Skopes.
Will be glad when the bathroom is finished as we are spending too much money going out!
