Mrs Thrush

The morning began with this lady....watching her scout out some breakfast for what appeared to be her teenage offspring.  I was pleased to see that both of them (and the blackbird who was out and about also scouting breakfast) seemed to have a plentiful supply.  The garden is already quite dry so in an effort to encourage some rain I put the sprinklers on this afternoon.  None yet but there's always tomorrow.  Pretty sure there will be lots of bugs and slugs and other such scrummy delights to be found by Mrs T and jnr after the watering.
