Snow

The snow which was forecast arrived last night covering the area with about 10 centimetres and accompanied by a gale force wind from the north. It was bitterly cold in the wind so we postponed our walk until this afternoon. Jazz workshop was cancelled but I had already decided that it would be foolish to try to clear our driveway and travel into Sheffield, especially before the farmers had ploughed the snow from the road.
I made a bit more progress with sorting out Christmas presents. It feels so very early to be doing that but probably is not.
