Chucking it down, well, eased off a bit at this point, just outside the back door. Had been hoping to go into town and see a work colleague in Raigmore Hospital. Heard via my boss and work email that he'd gone in to have emergency surgery to remove a growth. More heavy rain showers again. Forecast had been, “a slight chance of light rain.”
