Snowy

Like many on the east coast we woke up to snow this morning. I’d had to let the dog out just after 4am and there was no sign of the white stuff so it must have fallen heavily afterwards.

It all looked lovely (if you like snow) and while our street was white (it is always one of the last to thaw) the main roads were clear.

Church in the morning for the gift service followed by a shopping trip to get some items for tomorrow, my wife’s birthday. A carrot cake has been requested so baked late afternoon that before going to a lecture on COP26 and what it means for those of faith from Alastair McIntosh.

Back home 20:30 and caught up with Dr Who and Strictly.

Snow still in back garden and road like an icing rink. Fortunately milder weather due tomorrow.
