Frosty

Sunday night was minus 5°C when I let the hound in the garden before bedtime.  Kept waking up cold in the night.  Unsurprising to see frost this morning. 
Set off to buy some items for my neighbour who's been ill.  Lovely morning but sun low and bright and cold on the bike. 
Took hound for walk at midday felt warmer but thermometer stated minus 2°C.  Felt need to just chill in the afternoon with a phone call to a friend. 
Watched health minister on measures proposed for omicron variant.  Just hope they can get it right but some answers already dubious.
