Gloomy day today.  
My friend was curious to see if I had covid instead of a cold.  From my point of view I  know it's a cold as my indoor contact has been extremely limited and with a mask, and my market shopping is open air and pretty safe.  The test was as I expected negative. 

Met a neighbour who had been in hospital for a cyst removal.  She left hospital to find her feeling unwell was covid which she then passed on to her husband who now has pericarditis despite being thrice vaccinated.  
They want go travel to India in December but having got dreadful stomach issues the last time perhaps it might be wise this year postpone.

Going to make a veg soup for dinner.  Feel the need for warm food.
