Enterprise strategy

A Masters week. Likely to be low on the photo opportunities, low on exercise, low on sleep, but high on interest and learning. 

Walked the dog this morning, but got home (and in fact left again) in the dark - not much good for a photo of the day.

Really interesting day, the lecture about KPI's especially so. The importance of measuring / targeting the right thing being vital. The case of the Staffordshire NHS Trust being a prime example of where it went wrong. 

Day topped off with dinner with a high esteemed Marketing Professor who talked su h sense and was delightful company.
