Laced

These are my Daughters shoes prior to my Wife chucking them into the washing machine. I shudder when I hear those trainers bumping around in that drum. I cringe even more, when the cycle goes into a fast spin and the kitchen units start juddering.
It is a good job she is not in charge of the Large Hadron Collider. We wouldn't have to worry about the origins of the Universe- just its demise!
