Eisteddais i yn y babell i fyfyrio'r bore 'ma. Roedd e wedi bod y nos wlyb ond roedd y babell yn sych ac yn gynnes ac roedd e'n braf iawn i fod yna. Mae tipyn bach mwy o waith i wneud - fel clymu i lawr y babell i'w atal rhag chwythu i ffwrdd.

I sat in the tent to meditate this morning. It had been a wet night but the tent was dry and warm and it was very nice to be there. There's a little more work to do - like tying down the tent to stop it blowing away.
