Dyma'r nenfwd ein pabell myfyrio - mae'n babell chwyddadwy gydag wyth braich fel octopws.  Treuliais i hanner diwrnod ar ffeindio ffyrdd i glymu'r babell i lawr ar y concrit. Rydw i'n hapus nawr ei fod e'n gallu mynd trwy'r gaeaf (croesi bysedd). Y flwyddyn nesa byddan ni'n rhoi wyneb gwell ar y concrit - gyda mat rwber mawr ac efallai 'Astroturf' i weld fel glaswellt. Roeddwn i'n meddwl ei fod e'n amser gorau'r flwyddyn i dechrau defnyddio ystafell myfyrio y tu allan - os mae e'n gallu ymdopi gyda tywydd oer a gwyntog ni fydd unrhyw broblemau yn y misoedd cynhesach.

This is the ceiling of our meditation tent - it's an inflatable tent with eight arms like an octopus. I spent half a day finding ways to tie the tent down on the concrete. I'm happy now that it can get through the winter (fingers crossed). Next year we'll be putting a better surface on the concrete - with a large rubber mat and maybe 'Astroturf' to look like grass. I was thinking that it was the best time of year to start using an outdoor meditation room - if it can cope with cold and windy weather there will be no problems in the warmer months.
