Barbeque

Barbeque: St. Louis ribs, chicken, and brisket; fries, cornbread, coleslaw, and baked beans. Wine: Enemigo Bonarda 2018.

We got delivery today. Having gotten my Moderna booster yesterday, I anticipated being too out of sorts to cook today and tomorrow. So far, the side effects have been much more mild than they were after the second shot, though they are definitely still present. The meal was good, and the wine is excellent and paired very well. The only thing I didn't touch was the cornbread. I don't know why people insist on taking something as delicious as cornbread and adding a bunch of sugar to it. Corncake is a more apt name, and it is an abomination.
