Winter in sepia

This small patch of woodland always looks a little spooky even in summer.
It is right on the landward side of the sand dunes and catches the full force of the westerly winds.
My walk took me onto the shore and back through the pine woods in clear sunny conditions , with a cold northerly breeze for company.
There are a couple of extras in colour.
