Thursday: Totally Tropical …

… except for the Temperature!! Think it was around 6°C for most of the day, dropping to 3°C as the sun was setting around 4pm.
Dry day forecast so washing done and outdoors before eleven, dried well.
MrD removing our neighbour’s broken fence panels this morning, then went and ordered some new ones.
I had an hour in the garden after lunch, clearing a huge pile of leaves from behind the shed. Emptied a tub of leaves/grass mowings onto the vegetable patch where my “perennial runner beans” grow, should protect them from any heavy frost and improve soil fertility for next growing season.
