I only stopped off to pick up the Sunday papers.  If you think I'm walking away without one of these, you are mistaken.  

We headed for The Roaches in Staffordshire.  A good walk, very scenic.  Tommy had a great time.  I was fine on the way up but my knee was sore on the downhill stretches.   It was great to come over a crest and see the ice cream van at the end of the universe.   

All in all it was about a 5 hour circular walk, through some strong winds, but it might have been quicker if I was not slower on the way down than on the way up.
