Lighten Up
I was lost in IBM today.
This is never good. It's never as good as awful. It starts off horrible and gets worse.
I was asked by my team to register an error for IBM to fix. The reason I get asked is because my English is really good. Shame that the IBM people who deal with our problems are in Belgium & France.
I hate doing raising what are called "tickets". Raising one and detailing all aspects of the problem inevitably leads to someone from IBM asking me to upload more information using their upload tool that never works. Literally NEVER works.
And one hour later I got the E-Mail from IBM - you need to upload these files...
You can see how my day deteriorated.

PS I had no idea it was a Blipday. Sorry.
