Deflated

A very slow trip to a local supermarket - energy levels are low - I spotted this very unhappy snowman.

Temperatures are properly wintry now - I know this because I had to wear a hat to keep my ears warm.

I'm feeling a little less under the weather but breathing is difficult.  Inhaler every 2 hours.  Not nice to wake up in the night fighting for breath.
