I’m a big fan of Grace Dent and would fully recommend both her podcast and book to any avid food fans. What I love most about Grace Dent is - despite being paid to eat in the finest of establishments - her absolute love of beige food. Check out her Instagram for a mini-series: ‘the joy of beige’.

Anyway, all that to say, this evening’s dinner was beige and delightful.

Despite having a whole day in the office on my own today it was both a) productive and b) surprisingly restrained on the snacking front. What a breakthrough.
