an oddly stop start kind of day, the morning paused to visit a church, then on to a train station without any stopping trains, a viewpoint of sorts upon a stretch of road with no end of better ones... though none which filtered through the lens... bus timetables failed to agree, three variations and none of them factual... later jumping off the bus early in order to reach an acceptable total of km's walked, wandering along another woodland detour towards the next town, finding the hoped for hotel room failing to exist, another found and a dark harbour with a friendly dog... the rabbit hole dragon boat racing in taipei...
