The early bird

The usual feeding frenzy when I put the bird food out in the old bird bath. I counted about 18 of each Collared Doves and Starlings swarming round for a few minutes then the dish was empty and they were seen no more. The Sparrows in the Ivy try to get some but of course they have the hanging feeders as well so feed all day.
